Conversation flow "None" runs the bot unguided. Saved flows guide the call through steps and collect post-call answers. Design them on the Flows page.

Knowledge base "None" answers from the model alone. A knowledge base grounds answers in the selected client's indexed documents; retrieval is scoped to the session language automatically.

Server-side anti-hallucination + end-of-speech tuning. Loosen these if turns get cut off after short phrases; tighten to react faster. Applies on the next session.

Stability backstop 4000 ms Ends the turn when the transcript stops changing for this long (rescues a stuck turn on a noisy mic). Raise if you're cut off mid-thought; 0 disables it.

Silence-gate RMS floor 0.008 Audio at/above this counts as speech for the dead-air gate. Lower if soft trailing words get dropped.

Silence-gate hangover 1500 ms How long a pause the gate tolerates before withholding audio as dead air. Keep above the silence duration below.

Voice activity

Applies immediately. Watch the mic-level bar in Diagnostics to tune the silence threshold to your room.

Silence threshold (RMS) 0.010 Lower = stops listening at quieter levels. Raise this if the bot never thinks you're done.

Silence duration 1000 ms How long the mic must stay quiet before finalizing your turn.

Minimum utterance 500 ms Ignores blips shorter than this — stops noisy mics from triggering false starts.
